At DELCU, we strive to provide high-quality services and a seamless experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.


2. Cancellations

  • 2.1 Service Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a service, you must submit a request via email at umesh.tripathi@delcu.tech or through your account dashboard.
  • 2.2 Subscription Cancellations: For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Cancellations after a billing cycle has started will not be eligible for a refund.
  • 2.3 Project-Based Services: For project-based services, cancellations made within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the work completed.


3. Refunds

  • 3.1 Eligibility for Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
    The service was not delivered as promised.
    A technical issue prevented access to the service despite troubleshooting.
    There was an overcharge or billing error.
  • 3.2 Non-Refundable Services: The following are non-refundable:
    Services that have already been fully delivered.
    Custom design or consultation services.
    Digital products or downloadable content once accessed.
    Promotional or discounted services.
  • 3.3 Partial Refunds: In cases where partial work has been completed, a proportional refund may be issued based on the effort and resources allocated.


4. Refund Process

  • 4.1 Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval and credited back to the original payment method.
  • 4.2 If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
