Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use delcu.tech and any Delcu product or service. By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to them.

Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to it.

Services and estimates

Shipyard estimates, including MVP month plans, are prepared from the scope you describe. Work starts once you approve an estimate. Changes to scope may change the estimate, and we will confirm any change with you before continuing.

Payments

Subscriptions such as Frontdesk, Pulse and Technical Stewardship are billed in advance each month and renew until cancelled. Fixed-price services are paid as agreed when booked. Fees are non-refundable except where stated or required by law.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the paid period.

Your content and code

You own the content you upload and, once paid in full, the custom code we build for you. You give us permission to host and process your content only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use our services for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.
• Do not send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
• Do not try to access other accounts or disrupt our systems.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Beta services

Services marked Beta, including Shipyard, are still being developed. They may change, and are provided without the commitments that apply to generally available services.

Liability

Our services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify account holders of material changes by email before they take effect.
