Support that can actually do things.
Ask is a platform for building and running your own support assistant. It answers from your knowledge, follows the conversation flows you design, looks things up and takes actions through your APIs, and hands the conversation to your team when a person should take over.
Knowledge, flows, actions and people, in one thread.
The customer only sees a conversation. Underneath, each reply can come from a different place: an answer grounded in your help content, a step in a flow you designed, a call to your order system, or a message from someone on your team. Tick “Show what’s behind each reply” above to see which is which.
Knowledge
Help-centre articles, policies, PDFs, web pages and catalogues. Answers cite the source they came from.
Flows
Designed conversations with steps, questions, validation and branches for the journeys that must go a certain way.
Actions
Your APIs, connected once. Ask can fetch an order, check a booking, cancel, refund or update, with confirmation where it matters.
People
Your team works in the same inbox. They can take over any conversation and hand it back to Ask when they are done.
Create the assistant. Then operate it.
Each assistant has its own knowledge, flows, actions and channels. You test changes against real conversations before publishing, and every version is kept so you can see what changed and roll back.
Human support is part of Ask, not outside it.
Every conversation, automated or not, lands in one inbox with its full history: which flow ran, which actions were called, what the customer submitted. Your team can reply, take over from automation, and return the conversation to Ask once the person-shaped part is done.
Select a conversation, then try Take over and Return to Ask.
Chat when conversation is best. UI when UI is best.
Some moments need four precise answers, not four rounds of typing. When a flow needs structured information, Ask can render a MiniForm directly in the chat. The customer fills it in without leaving the conversation, the answers are recorded as structured data, and the conversation carries on with them.
- Forms are designed once in MiniForms and reused across web pages and conversations.
- Ask can prefill what it already knows and only ask for the rest.
- Responses can create or update a contact in Reach for follow-up by email or WhatsApp.
Useful alone. Better alongside.
Ask stands on its own. If you already use other Delcu products, it can draw on them without extra setup.
Build the assistant your customers would actually use.
Start with your help content, add a flow for your most common request, connect one action, and put it live on your site.
