Forms for pages. Forms for conversations.
MiniForms is a form builder for enquiries, applications, onboarding, questionnaires and calculators. Publish a form on its own link, or let it appear inside a chat when a conversation needs structured answers instead of more typing.
Chat when conversation is best. UI when UI is best.
Conversation is good at understanding what someone wants. It is poor at collecting five precise answers. Asking for an email, a phone number, a date, a size and a pincode one message at a time is slow for the customer and error-prone for you. A MiniForm collects them in one step, inside the same conversation, and hands the answers back as structured data.
A conversation that switches to a form and back.
This is a home-services assistant built with Ask. Pick a service and the conversation decides it needs booking details, renders the MiniForm, records the response and carries on using it. The panel on the right shows what the system is doing.
Keep it as chat
Open questions, clarifying what someone means, explaining an answer, handling “it depends”.
Render a MiniForm
Several precise fields, choices from a fixed set, dates and times, consent, anything you’ll filter or report on later.
Publish it standalone
When there is no conversation: a link in an email, a page on your site, a QR code at a desk.
Build once. Use it anywhere.
Add questions, set validation, branch on answers and choose how it looks. The same form can be shared as a link, embedded in a page, or made available to your Ask assistants. Every response lands in one place, whichever way it arrived.
Structured input, wherever it’s needed.
